Kinta passenger lifts are very rare pieces of machinery, but you'll find one where Loranna works. The vast majority of kintas are actually afraid of heights, but I'm sure she's gotten used to it. Even if not, the view from the 130th floor alone might make it worth it - on a clearer day, perhaps.
