This is my first go at drawing Do-Over Dog, a character I've been thinking about for a while.
He's a superhero (durr) whose powers are either entirely unimpressive or ridiculously overpowered, depending on the occasion. Basically he can rewind to an earlier point in time and try again, even after his own death. In essence he can't be killed, but danger still poses an inconvenience. Think Groundhog Day or Braid.
His super high tech watch gizmo is... a watch. He uses the time and alarms to remind him of what to do at certain moments.
I got the idea from playing Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, and naturally having lots of fun getting the hero killed in different ways, since he only warps back into existence. I thought it would be cool to have a superhero version of that sort of game. I'd like to eventually do something creative like an interactive storyline, like a choose-your-own-adventure gig. Ha, like that would ever pan out! *lazy*

Haha, it's backpackish indeed! I was thinking that given his powers, he'll a) need a lot of tools to get the job done b) always (eventually) know exactly what to bring along. So I figured he'd have a backpack hidden under his cape- Sort of like the one Dirk the Daring wears. Not that Dirk's has any straps, but go figure

pick a handful, and limit to just those :)
like he controls a substance/elemant, etc make what he can/cant do with it.
bariers, movement, forming, control, etc....there is a lot of potential within a simpler ability in its own form. :) add to it and the character/s are just too beastly^^
