Despite looking mostly male, he prefers a more feminine look, and usually wears a corset under his clothes to give him an hourglass look, but never wears makeup.
About his gender: To put it simply, he is a male with natural breasts. Sometimes called a shemale, but no surgery was involved. If you're not sure how to draw him, start with a male body, add the breasts, and make the waist a little thinner (or a lot thinner if he's wearing a corset).
