Ulseveka is the first born of Raiser and Jahzahvine. Born a male that later identified as non binary, Ulseveka became a Xiahwenite warrior and commander without peer. Ulseveka was well known for their immense strength, speed, skill and charisma. God like in these aspects, some would say. Ulseveka became aware of the Arthenak nation, a species of buglike creatures that had been colonizing the planets of the now Xiahwenite System. Ulseveka was worried that these beings would try to colonize Prima.

They soon discovered that the Arthenaks had already been doing just that.

Ulseveka acted fast and eradicated the rumbleback spiders, whom belonged to the arthenak nation. Amassing an army despite the protests of Andesine and Raiser and Jahzahvine, they made a preemptive strike on the nearby planets of what would soon be called Vallastia and Shamronia after Ulseveka's younger sister and brother respectively. Ulseveka single handedly committed a genocidal war on the arthenaks of Vallastia.

After a three decades of planet hopping, Ulseveka had culled the Arthenak nation down to a very small number, ensuring Xiahwenite dominion over the solar system and only allowing the arthenaks to live on one of the moons of a planet named after theirself.

During this war, Ulseveka had deployed a bioweapon called the UOW's against the Arthenaks in order to defeat the arthenak's Thunderback Army, which was proving a costly and difficult army to take on. One of these weapon's henceforth known by the mere name of Legend, felt his kind would be shunned and destroyed after their task was complete. Ulseveka and Legend got into an epic battle, where Legend was killed. The rest of the UOWs then left and took over the planet Shamronia.

Feeling guilt, Ulseveka did not order an attack on Shamronia but instead relocated the Xiahwenites there to other planets in the Xiahwenite system and declared Shamronia the homeplanet of the UOWs. Soon after, Ulseveka was deified and became the Xiahwenite god of war and conquest.

Ulseveka is a controversial figure to scholars and historians alike. Some consider Ulseveka to be the greatest Xiahwenite to ever live, citing their ability to unite the Xiahwenite races like Kolarian had thousands of years prior before, and preventing the possible extermination of the Xiahwenite race. Others view Ulseveka in a negative light, stating that Ulseveka had no reason to go as extreme as they had against the Arthenaks and the only good thing Ulseveka really did was not completely annihilate them.

One thing they agreed on: Ulseveka did what they thought was necessary for the Xiahwenites. Whether or not it was is up for debate.
