And another story requested by  kaafan10 Gotta keep my toes up and active with stories such as this, and being posted on the 4th of July will be sparkling some interests! Now, enough talk, it's story time.


Ponyville was a nice quiet place, peaceful weather, friendly ponies, and no trouble at all. Well, except from two younger little ponies named Fizzle Twist, and Berry Pop. They were both on top a house of somepony, with a bunch of water balloons full and ready to be thrown at. These two are prankers and for some reason, they had no idea why they love pranking. But that will soon be answered.
"Ready with those water balloons Berry?" Fizzle whispered, wearing a red beret on her head.
"Ready Fizzle." She snickered, wearing a berry hair clip in her hair. Her horn was glowing, as several water balloons was floating over them with a similar glow.
"Be careful with those balloons, we don't want to soak ourselves with them."
"Relax, we've done this plenty of times. I'm not gonna drop them."
"Alright then, on the count of three, we'll make it rain onto the ponies down below, soaking their diapers up with water!"
"Hehe, they're gonna have a pretty long line at the changing station." Berry giggled.
"Okay on three." They got into positions and started to count down with each other. "Three."
"Two..."
"ONE!!!" Their horns glowed and jumped up onto the edge, seeing a great water balloon tossed all over the diapered citizens below. However, they were surprised that it didn't happen.
"Berry! Where are the water balloons!" Fizzle complained.
"I don't know sis, they were right... here..." Berry voice crumbled when she looked to the top of the roof. Fizzle looked as her sis was and crumbled as well. It was their mother, captain of the royal guard, Tempest, also know as Fizzlepop Berrytwist which she gave her real name to her twin daughters.
"Hello girls..." She said in a motherly stern tone. Berry was scared, for she was more submissive towards her mommy. But Fizzle was the opposite, for she just pouted towards her and then end with them being carried off by her, with Berry being nervous and Fizzle still pouting away back home in Canterlot. Another prank spoiled again. Once they were inside and set onto the floor, Fizzle couldn't hold it anymore and started having a tantrum.
"Waaahhhhhh!! Wah! Wah! WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" She wailed like a foal, stomp jumping up and down onto the floor, rolling around in anger, and slamming her front legs onto the floor while kicking her back legs.
While she continued her little tantrum, Berry asked her mom, "Why do you always ruin our pranks all the time mom? No one ever gets hurt." Tempest sighed as she used her horn. It glowed halfway as both her fillies were picked up and set onto the couch.
"You wanna know? Then here it is. It all started when I was pregnant..." A flashback happened, as Tempest had became pregnant with Twilight's pregnancy potion.
'Thanks to making me pregnant Twilight, I always wanted to raise a foal.' Tempest smiled.
'No problem Tempest. I'm glad that you wanted to have a filly.'
'Yeah, all I've been doing is keeping attendance with the soldiers every day, and I didn't realize how dull it can be with no action for the soldiers to keep themselves busy.'
'In all honestly, it really is a quiet village here, more so for Canterlot.' Twi said.
'So, how long till you have your foal?'
'Almost three more months. And I can tell you this, it's not easy going around with a big belly underneath you.'
'Funny, how come my belly is more bigger than yours?'
'Say what?!' Twi realizes this and saw that Tempest's belly was twice as big than hers. 'Oh my gosh! You have twins!'
'What!?!' Tempest was shocked to hear that, as this was gonna be quite difficult for her. 'Oh boy...'
'Don't worry Tempest, it'll be fine. Me and my friends can help you out.'
'But you're still pregnant, you have to keep an eye on yourself Twi.'
'Tempest, I'm not gonna leave a friend behind, no matter what.'
"Wait a minute!" Fizzle spoke, stopping the flashback for just a second. "You mean you didn't expect to have twins?!"
"Well of course, we all don't expect to get what we wanted. But afterwards I was happy to get you two stinkers into the world. And speaking of that, you both need a change." She smirked. Fizzle and Berry blushes, as they were lifted up by their mother's magic and carried over to the changing table in the bathroom.
Once they were set down, Berry asked, "So what happened next?" Right as she was starting to get her diaper changed.
"Well, after realizing I was pregnant with you two, I was very nervous about heading outside with a big belly. But she told me that it was normal, and it would get a lot of ponies to help me out. Honestly the first pony she told me to meet was Pharynx."
"Why him mom?" Fizzle asked, getting her tushie wiped up.
"Well he new how to lead the reformed Changelings, not only that he was also a soldier. So we got acquainted together."
"Was he your first crush mommy!" Berry's eyes sparkled when she got powdered.
Tempest chuckled. "Heh heh, no sweetie, but he did treated me like I was his wife. When I visit him, we talked, I explained, and then we just sat by a tree, as he... um, hugged my berry and fed me grapes. It was odd, yet nice and comforting."
Then Berry blurted out in a singing sang voice, "Mommy's got a boyfriend! Mommy's got a boyfriend!"
"If I did, you two would be completely different." She smirked.
"What happen after that?" Fizzle asked, getting diapered.
"Well after that, I got a little confident boost from that, and soon I headed outside everyday in my pregnant state. Ponies and colts alike were surprised, and even asked to feel my belly. I was hesitant at first, but I allowed them too. It felt really nice as well." Tempest blushes a little. The twins giggled while their dirty diapers were tossed into the pail. Their diaper change was done, and they were lifted into the air again by their mommy.
"What about during your job? Did you had to take a break from that?" Fizzle asked.
"Of course not. I get my fun out on ordering soldiers with silly tasks sometimes. It was the only thing to keep myself entertain during my soldiering days. But there was some minor complications."
"Like what?" Berry asked.
"Mood swings."
"Mood swings?"
"Yes, Twi forgot to mention that having twins can change my mood very quickly. Not to mention the food cravings and morning sickness. After almost a week of it, Shining Armor; captain of the royal guards ordered me to stay at home, and I couldn't go against his order. In fact I thought of it as a blessing."
"What kind of cravings did you have mommy?" Berry asked.
"Weird cravings, like chocolate covered pickles, hay blended in milk, and a salad that wasn't really a salad. How could you two eat like that back then?" Tempest asked herself and closed her eyes with a hoof on her head. But then heard munching in the room as she opened her eyes to see Fizzle Twist eating a chocolate covered pickle.
"I don't know why ponies are complaining about this, it's really good." She said. Tempest chuckled and shook her head at how silly her filly was.
"Continuing on, after about halfway through the year and already had trouble with going to the bathroom. I... I don't want to say it."
"It's okay mommy, everypony have accidents." Berry said, comforting her.
"Thanks sweetie, but honestly this was before the diaper law was even introduced. Which luckily enough was passed during the half year of my pregnancy. I was however embarrassed at first since diapers were supposedly was for only foals. But due to my troublesome pregnancy I had no choice. So I went to the store, got some adult mare diapers, and later went to bed in them. But at least I had a close friend sleeping with me."
"Is it uncle Grubber!?" Fizzle asked excitedly.
"Ooh! Ooh! Please said it's uncle Grubber!" Berry pleaded.
Tempest smiled at them both, "It was uncle Grubber." and heard them both cheering happily.
"Yay! Uncle Grubber!"
"He's the funniest!" Berry cheered.
"And the hungriest!" Fizzle giggled.
"Well, he also happens to have night time accidents during the time. And he didn't know about the diaper rule till the next morning when he slept over with me." Tempest said.
"Was that why he always come over with a pull-up on and switches to diapers at night?" Berry asked.
"Yes, he still is embarrassed on wearing diapers normally. But he'll grow into it, just like I have."
"So what happened during the sleepover?" Fizzle asked.
"Oh right, it was embarrassing at first, but we both sort had common ground with each other, so we slept peacefully. But in the morning, I found him sleeping on my belly, hearing you both sleeping inside. I didn't have the heart to wake him up or move." Her twins giggled as she blushes with a smile.
"So the diaper law helped you a lot mommy?" Berry asked.
"It did indeed. I didn't had anymore embarrassing accident trips to the bathroom, and everypony was comforted with the law very much. I was a lot more calmer and relaxed than before. Well, till you two came into the world."
"What's that suppose to mean?" Fizzle asked, feeling offended by that.
"It means it was a lot painful getting you two out of me. Trust me, you'll know when you're older." Tempest said. "Anyway, once you and your sister were born, it was the most happiest thing I ever had in my entire life. Then after a week I felt like I was in Heck." Fizzle and Berry gasped.
"We were that bad?!" Berry asked.
"Yes, you weren't cooperative when I was raising you both. Always whining and crying, refusing to eat what I fed you and throwing tantrums all the time. I was about to lose it and I even tried everything in the book to calm myself down. Thankfully Twilight came over wih Pinkie, as they both helped me out. Pinkie ended up babysitting you both while Twi took me to daycare." Tempest said.
"Why did she do that?" Fizzle asked, as Tempest blushes from that question.
"She said I needed to foal out in order to relax."
"So you mean you were treated like a foal?!" Berry asked.
"Yes, and thanks to the diaper law, I saw a few other ponies and colts having the same treatment as me. Though I was kinda nervous on playing with the bigger ponies, so Twi had me play with the foals there. And I was very much calm and relaxed, and got a few tips when playing with the foals there. Especially that you need to check foal diapers frequently in case they have an accident."
"And you were that foal that had those accidents, weren't you? "Fizzle smirked, which Tempest blushed heavily.
"... Yes..." The twins giggled at her, as she continued the story. "Once I came back, you were both asleep in you crib together, and I was amazed at how Pinkie succeeded in taking care of you both."
"Didn't she take care of the Cake twins that we met during play dates mommy?" Berry asked.
"That's exactly what she told me, and I generally was surprised about that. Then she said something about not needing the flour bag or something. However I soon remembered that when you two started acting up again, and I had to quickly guess what I was suppose to do with the flour bag. So I dumped flour on myself, and it worked." Her twins giggled again.
"Hehe, who wouldn't laugh at that?" Berry giggled.
"Hey, you don't think that's what got ourselves to do pranks, do ya?" Fizzle asked Berry, which they started to think it over about it.
"It's possible, considering every time whenever I heard you two crying I would go two you both to calm you both down, but I suddenly got covered in flour again, which you two set up frequently if I remember correctly. After that first prank, I soon realized that you two set that up in order to prank me."
"You didn't punish us, right mommy?"
"Of course not, in fact I was smiling from that prank you both did. Though, you both kept doing this over and over, and then you started doing it to my friends whenever they visit."
"I guess we loved that flour prank." Fizzle smiled.
"Yes, however your pranking got me worked up so I had to put my hoof down and put you two in a time out. But Twi told me that the time out wasn't enough, so they happened to spank you two." Tempest said. That surprised Fizzle Twist and Berry Pop, for not only it explained why they loved to prank so much, but also explained why Tempest always stopped their pranks, so they won't face a worser punishment than a time out from other ponies. "Girls, it's alright to do a prank once or twice on other ponies and your friends. But doing it more than two times will get annoying, and more importantly will get you into trouble. And I don't want you girls to end up getting spanked. I don't even have the heart to lay a hoof on you two's tushies." That made Fizzle and Berry feel bad for all those times they got angry at her for stopping their pranks all the time, she did that in order for them to not get into trouble. In a surprising moment, they both hugged their mother in forgiveness, making her smile and hugged them back. "Thank you girls for understanding."
"Welcome mommy." They both said.
"Though, before we head to bed, I think we can do at least a prank of 'one' particular pony that I know." Tempest smirked, now surprising her fillies for they thought who that pony she was mentioning was. Meanwhile, we cut to Pinkie Pie, hopping along in her round thick diaper with party balloon prints on her white padding. She was smiling while hopping off to somewhere. However, when she was underneath a village home, a white puff of powder fell onto her, covering her up and her diaper. Her eyes were close as they popped open in surprisement.
"Huh?!" Pinkie tasted the powder, as it turns out to be flour. She smirked and looked up, revealing those who tossed the flour down onto her. For it was Tempest, and her twin daughters Fizzle Twist and Berry Pop. They giggled and laugh at her, which Pinkie giggled at the prank they did onto her. The twins were happy that their mom allowed them to do that prank before heading to bed, as it showed that Tempest was cool with pranks, but also a thanks to Pinkie for helping her raise them. And they wouldn't have it any other way.
