This is Captain Americat. Looks like someone wanted to celebrate the Fourth of July, and thought that this was the best way to do it. Gotta say, I agree with them. So much better than just saluting to a flag, and a much better view as well. Don't worry about him, by the way. This ain't the first time Steve Mouser's been hoisted up a flagpole by his underwear. This doesn't even make his top 50. Though they did happen to pick a day when he was wearing a particularly embarrassing/dorky pair.
