Well, usually is tail or genitals, but the concept is just a kinda of takeover where your both points are reversed; the head becomes the butt/tail/genitals, hands to feet, feet to hands, tail/butt/genitals to the newd head, etc. That's what the "udtf" stands for: Upside-Down Transformation.
There're few that the new head doesn't gain a new identify but your mind just transfers to the new head, which I think it's lame. :/
