"Arise my dragon! Let us ride into battle and slay all of our foes! Let them fear us and our rage..."
With a battle cry that could startle even the mightiest of demons, Whisper rallied her mount towards the battlefield, its fiery breath leaving a wake of fire and destruction in their path. Taming this dragon took quite a bit of work, but once she had proven herself to it...
She looked back at the wake of its destruction: the only thing remaining were charred remnants of bodies. Some of their corpses cowered beneath their shields or underneath rumble as if they were trying to delay the inevitable. She scoffed. Each of them were unworthy.
She had been sent out on a quest: slay 100 minions. Yet she wanted something more...challenging. But what? What could quench her bloodthirst? As she pondered over her predicament, she noticed her dragon seemed restless; he too craved more excitement...and mobs to slay.
Giving the dragon's reins a tug, she ushered it to turn around and return to the NPC - they were done, at least for now. She had completed her quest, now to find a more worthy contender~
Whisper has been playing too many video games lately, haha.
An ode to my gaming life, Whisper roleplaying as a warrior (my main in most games is a warrior so it's only suiting). What better way to go into battle than to ride a glorious dragon?!
An awesome piece by kostino. I've been playing lots of WoW lately (mostly mythics dungeons), and I've always been a fan of rpgs, so this piece just seemed...fitting. On a sidenote, can we talk about how cute chibi Whisper looks? Even with that look of determination, I had to aww a little.
