This month has been a rough one for me... my sleep schedule has been fucked up and I have yet to recover. Sleep deprivation is not a joke, guys!!! )c:< Please, if you feel fatigued or constantly tired, please check in with your doc about what to do to be healthy.
BUT MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TOO!! hang out with friends if you can, play videogames together, take a breather, do something to help yourself every once in a while. Don't be like me who prioritizes work above all else and has lost all his friends over the years!!!!
