Just another color variant. This time she's a little more country looking with a deep tan and some brown in her hair.
For the record, Hayley had a gratuitous amount of personalities due to various attempts to de-bimbo-fy her by injecting multiple brains into her head. This has marginally increased her intelligence but only because she has an entire sorority in her head. This would drive a normal person mad, but Hayley is too airheaded to care and just enjoys having so many likeminded friends in her mind.
...and yes this picture is probably my favorite picture in my entire gallery.
