so a daily doodle, with commissioned coloring by  dagero, depicting my OC, Sugar, in a sorta DnD/pathfinder esque setting, finding a magic cursed little cloak with cute little cat ears and tassels.

So Sugar's search for a cleric who can help turns out to be a lot harder than he imagined, with all the local clerics either too busy to see him right now (wanting appointments, how dare they), or just straight up out of town. so he's had to start widening his search from outside his usual stomping grounds to the outer districts of the city.

not helping in his search is that he's been getting... distracted. for one, like every cat he runs across is weirdly super friendly and up in his business, and while he can sorta understand them, when he asked one of them for help, that led to the second problem. clearly whatever curse of what have you he is under is slowly turning him into a cat and able to understand them, its also making him... think like a cat, you could say. it was the only explanation Sugar could think of for why when following the cat, he ended up chasing a mouse all across the bazaar and embarrassing himself so completely. or when he got offered assistance by the next cat, it instead ended with them both napping on the roof of a building all day. so when the 3rd cat meows at him offering to help, he politely declines as best as he is able, and quickly runs off in search of a cleric, before he gets distracted any more...
