I've got an initial skin and rigging on the Cerberus model now, so here is, posed in his little corner of Hell. I'm going to put him aside a bit to work on something else, but am generally happy with how he's turning out.
Next up for him is some more refined skinning and morphs.

I'd like to, but I have a couple challenges to overcome before I load him in...
First, I didn't model him with VRChat in mind, so he's not quite low enough poly count: he's around 110k polygons, which would push him into Very Poor territory in there. I am certain I can redo the topology to get him down a bit, but that's a bit more tricky with three heads. Right now, all three have identical topology, and I'd like to keep it that way. Ensuring that when doing the retopo will be a bit of a challenge. I use 3dCoat for my retopo, though, and I think it allows you to leave some areas of the model alone while redoing others, which would work for that. I just need to figure that functionality out.
Second is the rigging. I designed him to basically be a human shape, which is modified to walk on all fours. That results in a rather strange hind-leg setup. I just uploaded a side view into scraps: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/42605760 This will make it a bit harder than the mantikora to get it wired into the motion, I think. I have a couple tricks I can use to make that work, but it may take some experimentation to get him walking right.
