These true North cupcakes are worthy of being sweet, guilt-free, and very light on the budget too!

Here’s how I did it:
1-prepare 1 box of “just add water” instant cake mix
2-divide into 2 bowls and add red food colouring to one of the bowls
3-pour into 2 muffin tins lined with muffin papers first red, then white and alternate for each row
4-bake in the oven at 325f for 28 minutes, then let cool before removing
5-divide 1 tub of white icing and add red food colouring to one half
6-ice and enjoy!
