First of all, just wanted to say that you did a spectacular job on the first one, Mellie! I was going to write about that one in detail, but I think I'll focus on the retouched version!
I love the additional shading you did on the wings and throughout most of Kelna's body this time around. It shows off a great amount of additional detail, particularly in the wings themselves. Very good textures in there, particularly between the bones of the wings. The darker blues also help add more definition to the wings and the rest of Kelna's body, which is a great improvement over the original!
The finer details, such as the increased detail on the swimsuit, pairs well with Kelna's new shading. The touch of a darker shade of green on the bikini top makes it stand out a bit more, which is quite nice. Did you also darken some of the blue on Kelna's tail? It looks like you made the sheen off of her scales a bit brighter overall, at least for the tail and for the legs, and I think it has a much better look that way than in the original!
All in all, breathtaking work and detail, Mellie! :D
