rarakie put a lot of time into making this awesome piece, and it shows! Look at the detailed texture on his skin and wings! And the shading and highlights are major win. I love her style and was so looking forward to this. I sorta gave her freedom to come up with a pose idea (though I may have thrown a few seeds of inspiration her way?), and she came up with something pretty original, I think. :) Also, if he looks a little off-balance, that's my fault. I had her tweak the right foot a little, and thanks to my lack of clarity, the knee drifted back. But it's cool, I think of him as being mid-stride. ;)

By the way, that's the flag of New Mexico, my favorite place on the planet (LoE represent!). And that desert landscape behind him is EPIC. I love it!
