This is my new character, Tesla.

Tesla is a young Jolteon. Born and raised in the Brotherhood, he is loyal and shares the hatred towards GDI. Tesla in his training became very powerful and earned himself the nickname "Powerhouse". NOD-Flareon at one stage had been his friend until the accident that cost Tesla his leg. Tesla had his leg blown off by a stray tank shell from a Tick Tank that was testing its cannon. After the operation to remove the rest of the destroyed leg he was then awarded with a new mechanised leg. This new leg has 3 razor sharp claws on the paw. The leg is clamped around his waist and the leg joins itself to his hip. He feels this leg like it was his own leg. The reason why we fell out with each other is that Tesla got power hungry, with the leg he felt he was the best in running, speed and even power.

In the background you can see a Tiberian Sun Nod Power Plant. (I was in a rush on the plant).
