this is because i'm a dumbass! i was getting ready to finally design the second floor and i realized i forgot that i had wanted to put a bathroom down stairs and while i was putting it in i realized something that made me facepalm!! i hadn't put in a laundry room!!!! so now to the cramp storage room already filled with emergency stuff, water pump, and small generator, we now add a full-size washer and drier >.<

yes the basement is at least twice as large as the upstairs. thats because it was made by Zelltis and reinforced with earth magic. thats right all the walls and even the ceiling are made of super hard rock and is designed in a special way. unlike most deep basements this basement has windows and the water that would normally flood the basement flows through holes made near the windows to a reservoir made fifty feet below the basement and can be drawn up in emergencies with a pump in the storage room. yes that is a nice full size kitchen! Zelltis loves to cook and i bet Sarah doesn't mind his cooking either ^^
