-Personality-
Felicia, is cold, she does not seem to be interested in having friends at all, she just "tolerates" those around her, the only things she is worried about is to be great at her training, to excel in combat, to keep her bonsais healthy and to visit the Church of Arceus every weekend, few things bring a smile to her face, the beach, her bonsais and the hope that she will someday become a great Pokemon Ranger and according t her she only needs one thing to ruin her day and that of course is Charles, her hatred for him is as mysterious as it is intense.
-Tactics-
In combat Felicia remains focused and calm, she usually strikes with determination and is always ready to perform counter attacks and speedy dodges, her only flaw is that she is quick to anger, specially during team matches, basically because she believes her teammates just make the fight harder for her.

Felicia sounds a lot like did, before I got a better idea on how life really worked. I'd stay near her no matter what. For fear that someone would use her angry as a means to hurt her. So needs a freind that will never leave her, because that's what freinds do. Help not matter the cost.
