After what has now been the longest hiatus in the five-year history of the comic, we’re finally back on track with the next page of the comic. It was almost six months since I moved back home to Virginia, wound up in the hospital, and had to wait until fully recovered before I could get up to speed with penciling and inking again. Now that everything is good once more, you can expect this comic to be updated on a weekly basis from this point out. The hiatus is finally over.

So yes, with this comic, it seems Peter misunderstood his mom's original intent with buying his first stock of modeling clay. Either that or she's even more crafty than most people would expect. Knowing how my mom was when I was a kid, I'm more inclined to believe the latter to be the case.
