This was done some time ago for 
shinypika23's birthday and I suppose you all might be surprised (if you remember) that I did this. Well, try not to pry into other peoples business too much. Everything is fine between the two of us.
ChuChu Larnia is quite famous for having bigger than average feet for a Pikachu AND being ultra-ticklish. So, for his birthday, he has been forced into a special chair where he's on display for his adoring fans to enjoy his ticklish feet getting the attention they deserve. He loves it too, don't worry, despite his distressed hysterics.
