love it, if you want more scorpion traits but keep it to a minimum you could do multiple eyes that stay closed and are hidden by the fur or just look like cheek/eyebrow scars until the moment when BAM a set or two of extra eyes pop open to intimidate their prey. as for colours i did like their original colour pallet but if you're wanting something different to the original then what about like a dark base colour like a purple,navy ect. and then some fluro colours for the markings like bright highlighter yellow, pink ect. and then make it canon that their markings glow in the dark since scorpions are also bio luminescent

I did like the color palette of the first one but not so much the multiple eyes deal (too lazy to keep that consistent hah)
