There is an Avengers comic where supervillain the Molecule Man just disintegrates Iron Man's armour... and Tony Stark is naked underneath; he wasn't even wearing briefs under his suit!

Perhaps the armour incorporated some kind of silicone membrane-suit which is like clothing, but the Molecule Man's powers destroyed it too..?

However, your link points to something FAR more interesting than Stark's relative starkidity, namely the blatant furrybait (And social commentary?) of a rather dialogue-heavy character, Tigra, (Rawr!) who here is being publicly groped by a group of businessmen and children: "She's all furry-- Just like a cat! Soft, too...", and who encounters a cop who seems to be "uh... interested!" and then implies that some "mutual jollies" might not be completely out of the question, but then goes on to make a deep philosophical critique of power, which manages to include a thinly veiled and potentially fourth-wall-breaking dig at nerds.

Whew! Now THAT'S some cartooning!

Or perhaps Molecule Man's disintegration powers are just not able to discriminate between Tony's suit and his skivvies.
