Yet another problematic species that inhabits the woods of Aslar and Alfheim in Cyan Haven is the "hill ape" Oreopithecus bambolii. These mischievous creatures frequently raid the farms of humans and grovelhogs, like this specimen here who has just taken this poor woman's turnips.

It didn't really occur to me until after I had drawn this how oddly Freudian, and occult this image was. A woman in conflict with an ape riding a he goat is curiously primal and strangely allegorical.
