Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock... You could hear a silent ticking of the wall clock. Madame sitting at a table in the living room of her house. There is a plate of food and a glass of lemonade on the table, and the woman is looking sad and lonely at an empty chair at the other end of the table.
"You know", suddenly said a woman "Our neighbor come today. The old woman bought some ointments with a funny effect - apparently, she still remembers her youth..."
Madame giggled, but when her laughter stopped, in the room there was only silence and the measured ticking of the wall clock - however, Madame has long been accustomed to this sound.

For a long time, I have been planning to publish this. This is a series of short stories "Shadows of the Past" - these are memories from the past about not the best days of my characters.

About this* - These wonderful pictures were drawing for me Sethtriggs on his stream.

Please note that my story is in the process of being written, and most of these small fragments that I published are not in chronological order. So when I finish my plans I will try to put everything in order.
