Pope Adalbert IV was the first saurian Pope in the world of Pangea. His papacy was initially met with hostility and resentment but when he proved to be an incredibly traditional and conservative candidate the human cardinals and bishops were eventually swayed.
To the dismay of many saurian members of the church, Pope Adalbert IV is a major opponent of the numerous "Dinosaur Rights" movements across the civilized areas of Pangea. He has explained to his flock that the only way Dinosaurs and Humans can live equally is if they all accept the one and true God. Because these secular Dinosaur Rights groups do not seek the approval of the church - and indeed, many oppose the church in many areas - Pope Adalbert IV has condemned them as heretics and false-prophets.
The leaders of some of the Dinosaur Rights groups have actively spoken out against Pope Adalbert IV as being a "wolf in sheep's clothing", as it were, and distracting humans and saurians alike from the pressing social issues at hand.

okay, this isn't meant to be offensive or mocking in any way. i just think the idea of a dinosaur-pope is a cool one.
he's a Sinoceratops zhuchengensis, BTW. couldn't find any good references for them, so i used a chasmasaurus skull/skeleton.
