They were a little shaken by the sight of him; not just because of his weapon, but also of how composed he was while having it
He was a cat; with light brown and cream white fur, and dark turquoise eyes. His expression was nearly blank, other than a hint of minor irritation.
He wore a white trench coat with a pale yellow underside over a gray v-neck, a belt with two straps instead of just one, darker gray jeans and a black set of boots.
Then there was the mace; beautiful, to say the least. It was heavily engraved, and had mixtures of pale gold and silver for color. It had six pointed flangs pierced with trefoil shapes, and the middle of it seemed to have a gun hammer, which could have meant that it was also capable of shooting.
The two friends held each other's hands as he looked down at them. To his right stood the road to their destination, but his refusal to move made them frozen in place. To top it off, the pale gray sky seemed to compliment his frightening silence.
"Keep walkin', kiddos," he said, breaking said silence. "Got no need to get messy right now."
Taking his meaning, they hurried along; they didn't look back, out of fear of meeting his gaze again
