OK, in an effort to make Scowl more cougary, I asked my friend Longtail for advice because she draws herself as a cougar.

I gave him the black markings around the muzzle, because that's what cougars have. Also, I have decided to give him semi-permanent flattened ears. He's almost always in an ill mood, but he doesn't take it out on folks unless they really deserve it.

I'm pretty pleased with this picture. As always, though, feedback is not only asked for, I welcome it!
