Art has been on a bit of a dry spell for a while, and I am starting to feel a comeback after a couple of months lying mostly dormant.

took some time for myself to rest, to try new things, watch Bo Burnham's "Inside" a couple of times, have cake for breakfast a day or two, then start taking much better care of myself and putting myself first, and I'm beginning to feel better and finding my sea legs again and enjoy art a little more.



I was listening to some MxPx and Grim came through, and he came through strong that night so I had to draw him in his element.

Starting out I was going pink and blue for the venue lighting but went a hair more red to match Grimberly's angst.

I'm still shaking off the rust so there are a handful of things that are bothering me about this piece here and there, but I'm going to let them sleep instead of overthinking it right now so I can move on and be productive.
