This is Jet trying to teach Kit how to be intimidating.
She's trying as hard as she can, but, as should be apparent, 4 year olds aren't that intimidating.
Yeah, I know it's not quite finished, (like Kit's arms), but there's just something about it that struck me as off and after spending 4 days trying to find it, I had to put it down.
Jet is a half angel, and Kit's a 1/4. She just doesn't hide her wings normally, whereas Jet does.
