A small sketch that got away from me...
This is from a later scene of "The Sun is In Your Eyes" I've yet to write, but have been thinking about for a couple o' days...without giving too much away, Pembrough, on the bed, had to come over to her classmate and blackmailee Melissa's house for a school project on getting to know each other. Now, Mel is a California girl, and as such, has no idea that it actually rains in Arizona, much less thunderstorm. When the road to Pem's house is flooded out, Mel's bothersome caretakers allow Pembrough to spend the night. Slightly taken back by the cutesy appearance of the room (Mel tends more towards an emo-punkish attitude at school) she settles up onto the bed, when a loud crack of thunder causes Mel to jump out of her skin, and the lights to quite suspiciously go out.

This reminds me of how much you need to work on this story. We're all waiting, and have been forever. We neeeeed it. Or a cattle prod. Maybe with a cattle prod we can coax you into getting some done on this. At least this means you're thinking about it, which is better than nothing. Please work on this story. Pleeeeaaaaase. Don't make me break out the puppy dog eyes.

Huh, I always thought of rain to be a bit of a rarity in Arizona. At least going by Spoony's talking wonders about it durring the TGWTG brawl last year when he went to Chicago (They should bring him to Canada, snow would probably blow his mind).
Pretty complex scenery here, nice work keeping it all in line. Did you use a vanishing point at all or what this done by eye? Either way, pretty good. Do you plan on coloring this in the future?
