so when they first get back to the states, thingrey’s stuck in his tiny base form, having lost all his other biomass. he still wants to cuddle with gordo at night though, like he did with his dog body, so he improvises by curling up in/under gordon’s hand as gordon lays in bed.
first time thingrey did this, it roused gordon from sleep enough to see what thingrey was doing, and gordon was just ah fuck, that’s cute.
thingrey’s a very snuggly guy, after realizing how nice non-hostile physical contact with other, separate organisms is. and lucky for him, gordon’s also a very cuddly, tactile guy. :)
