There are people who don't? Who could possibly NOT like a manga/anime about superhero pirates?

The Americanized 4Kids version probably left a bad taste in many people's mouths. The theme song alone makes my ears bleed.

Not ALL dubbed anime is bad. I've been watching this series called "Air Gear" on hulu that's only available dubbed, and it actually seems pretty good.

But 4kids One Piece? ... That dubbing rapes your ear-drums. :<

I suggest you download the orignal japanese dub instead. I've not seen that particular anime but I bet ya it's much better that way. I personally refuse to watch dubbed series or movies of any kind, no matter what the original language might be :D

Eh. The dubbed version on hulu is easily accessible and really doesn't seem too bad. But yeah, the worst way to rape an anime is censorship.

I find it amusing that the series most beautiful character has such an ugly name. Unless Luffy starts calling her "Han-chan" or something....but that would probably make her pass out upon hearing it. XD
