At a young age, Tali was a genius. But as a short fanged deer, she was always fighting to be noticed. After the science fair where she tried to overthrow the school, she had to flee. It was pretty easy to escape with her technical know how. Starting an evil organization where she could gather minions was done before she was even 19. The "Pharm" as she nicknamed her lair, was a place where, ironicly, most of her minions were rats, goats, cows and other traditional domestics. She managed to get her Doctors in mad science from an online college. Even her own minions fear her, for she tends to experiment on her minions if there are not any "test subjects" handy. Earning her the Nickname Dr. "Ruthless".

Don't cross her, don't get caught by one of her test subject raids and whatever you do, do NOT do anything that would trigger her Napoleon complex.
