I couldn't find who owned Apocalypse Zero, but maybe the fact it was licensed by Media Blaster might give a hint or two. Damn, those who underestimed that anime are fools! Strange yet unique design of the villains, awesome armors of Zero/Kakugo and Kasumi/Harara, and daaaamn... that Track #9 of the anime... Give me Zero's armor and I'd most likely be all on adrenaline rush, running fast, slicing thugs, saving lives and kicking butts just like a hero I should already have been!
