The crayon texture? I made it back in 2014 using paint tool sai. My version came with a few pre-created textures and I ended up playing around with the original crayon one and I ended up combining it with the watercolor physics. I wouldn’t know how to recreate it, though, as I don’t know what values I fiddled with.
