I just finished getting the ears on and had to share this with the world. It took 3 sheets of foam, a crap load of glue and a large chunk of my sanity to get these to stand up realistically while remaining sturdy enough that the owner won’t have to worry about them coming lose. I ended up buying 6mm thick foam. Depending on how well they hold up to the weight of the fur I may end up putting some steel corset boning in them.
