Meet Shigeru, the Shirohebi Yokai ^u^

I found out about the Japanese Shiroebi snakes of Iwakuni, a protected species of albino snakes that are considered bringers of good economic luck.

They're very lovely and beautiful, which brought me to design Shigeru. It may be a minimalistic design, he was supposed to have a floral tattoo on his back, similar to teapots' floral bouquets, but I decided to keep him very simple. You may already noticed about his top hat tough, why he wears it like that? Simple. Shigeru is so kind hearted and benevolent that, since he has red snake eyes that scare a lot of people, he decided to hide them with his hat. He has a sort of Naga Vision to see the sorroundings. Even with his butlers he prefers to hide them, he just wants people to be at ease when he's around. Some people find him ridicolous with that hat worn in that way, but he doesn't care, on the contrary, he's happy if people have a good laugh at him, instead to be scared by his eyes.

Basically, Shigeru is a middle-aged business gentleman, owner of a very well known tea and porcelain tea sets production brand, yet, believe me, once he's in his chambers to have an intimate time with his lovers, he's really an adorable cuddly goof <3. He even likes to call himself "Daddy" when he has younger lovers, haha.

His upper body, until the waist, has normal wolf fur, while his snake body is incredibly smooth and glossy, and more important, soooo adorably squishy. Being himself a lover of intimate cuddles, he always uses his snake body to gently snuggle up with his partners, who definitely fall in love with all that incredible smoothness. That's why people in his town calls him also the "porcelain yokai", due also to his job.
Also, even if he's japanese, he uses to wear victorian clothes in public, just I prefered to draw him all dressed up another time.The reason about his dressing choice is simply because he has a peculiar love for England and his "tea time" tradition.
