Long dragon boy that lives among the clouds. In thunderstorms he charges himself up from lightning and stores it in the crystals that are on the tips of his limbs, horns etc. The electricity changes between orange and pink. I choose it as I think it would have looked cool. You don't see such lightning everyday.
