These are creatures that have to do with Bounty Hunting, but are neither bounties or hunters.

Spellbinders are Creations of the 7 Elder Gods. they were created once the Bounty Hunter system was approved by them. They are Cloaked beings that bind people, creatures, items, and other such things into pictures on books that they carry. the books cannot be opened by anyone but the Spellbinder who owns that book. the book is a container and contains near infinite pocket dimensions that are impossible to escape without the spellbinder's word. The spell binder works in each guild, collecting the bounties for a trial. the picture in the book can move, and if necessary (for a trial or such) can speak in the common tongue. A spellbinder cannot be killed (except by a godeater)
