Degree Control is an advanced form of shapeshifting in the setting, that lets one alter the ratio of human to animal they possess. Instead of simply having the ability to shift from human to feral and back, they can instead nudge it along more like a precision slider instead of a switch. So sometimes as he feels like it he looks like a human with feathers instead of hair, or an anthro hawk with wingarms, or a feral hawk, or anywhere in between. Really quite flexible.

by reading the norse myths, I can't help but fell bad for Fenrir, I mean, he was feared for being born, betrayed by his bast friend, and chained and have two of his siblings killed and used to bind their father to be tortured and he is going to die, and probably his kids will too at the end of the cycle, I can see him being a broken bitter wolf, so I can understand his desire for revenge, he can bi written as a symptomatically villain if needed (this is how I would write him if I ever get the chance)
Reading over the words, "from the Winds of Change setting" sent me hurtling back into the Way-Back Machine for sure! I remember with fondest memories browsing through many of the tales uploaded in that storyverse, and cherishing the gems stumbled across along the way.
Now I wonder if the short-story I read all those years ago involving the hawk at the school having trouble flying was actually your character. :P Thanks for all the nostalgia and for sharing your characters here with us.

The Winds of Change archive made me fail a class in HS because I was reading stuff from it off of floppy drives instead of doing my classwork. Good stuff.
I don't think it was, as none of my stuff ever made it onto the archive because I never finished any of it, but no problem on the nostalgia and sharing!
