During the middle of last October, I suddenly had this urge to draw some of personal favorite females from my Mythic Beach side-cast in more casual attire. And I felt like this was a good change of pace for me.
From right to left of course....
There's Vanessa Proachure, the stoic and often quiet (and often moody) streetsmart Pesanta chick in her most common type of threads, baggy pants and sweatshirts and all, giving her that (sexy) tomboyish look even more so. And yes, that hat of hers is something she hardly ever leaves home without.
Then it's Pamela Francastre, the rational and levelheaded lesbian Snoligoster who'd hobbies would include tennis, meditation, and quoting philosophical remarks to better encourage others. She is very close friends with her roommate, Julia, whom she likes but can get a little annoyed at the many 'boyfriends' Julie likes to bring over. Undeniably the kind of girl that takes comfort in knee-length shorts and tank tops, or at least the non-revealing kind.
Speaking of Julia C. Ganderson, the bubbly hyper-bisexual valley girl Snallygaster, she's mostly on of those ladies that would wear cute little skirts A LOT. But here's Julie (I'm thinking of that as her nickname) in her more modest choices of garments, snazzy jeans with a sweet little dress-shirt to boot.
And lastly, it's actually this one girl character I still had no plans for up until now. Miranda Shillgan, the Irish-American Dobhar-Chu girl who's mostly a blank-slated good little soul that I officially decided to be one of those fast-talkative types that may throw some people off, especially with her Irish accent added into the mix. The only reason I wanted to draw her though was to teach myself on designing overall-type pants, which I feel really suits her personality, which is still in development other than her being a really good swimmer.
I also drew all this to help truly define the height differences for each individual ladies, and I'm glad that all four of them turned out just the way I imagined them.
