"And She Noticed Me Looking At Her!" - Thought Dylan


Another fanart to help promote the would/could-be animated series, Truetail! For anyone who's a stranger to it, think of Harry Potter/Sky High meets Dungeons & Dragons of sorts.

As for the characters here, I made a comment not too long ago of how I kind of wanted to ship the shy but talented Mage Unicorn, Dylan Horn, with the lovely Werewolf Bard, Lyra Wolfsbane. Call it a crack-ship if you want, but lately I couldn't help but play around with the idea of two of my most favorite Truetail characters interacting with each other in many possible outcomes, whether it be about comradeship or romance (or both).

And yeah, I'm really quit proud of this one, so much so that I decided to take the time to give it a little more polish via shading, shadowing, and even a scenery in the form of a swimming hole in the woods. I know the choice of swimwear may be a bit too modern for Truetail's medieval-esque setting, but I guess 'anything goes' in a fantasy setting, or at least that's what I've heard.
