This is basically a tribute to 
spunky and 
mochi
I like both their artworks as they both have very toonish and cute styles of their own. I like how Mochi came out as she seems drawn accurate to the original artist. While Spunky, I might have made her look more anime-like. But either way I like this piece.
It took me about a few hours as I was using skeleton lines and had to erase the rough sketch lines. As for the background, I failed to make a colored background where it's shaded from the middle and brightened as it goes outward.
