In a real word case a child cause a teacher of this. It was an obvious lie. She couldn't keep her story straight. Canrwas and eye witness where able to proff nothing happen. But the girls parents where wealthy and just kept pushing. Case after case the made. By law he had to be put on a list to the matter was settles. Cause of theishe was bared from teaching and is followed him threw many aspects of his life. Most people started to think he was guilty cause they didn't look further into the case and just focus that he was on the list. Add in the mob mentality of social media band the guys life was ruined. And even after the cases ended and he was cleared he couldn't get back into teaching because of this.

It doesn't work that way. The Prosecuition will line up a bunch of 'character witnesses' (many of whom have never met either party) and he'll get railroaded. Evidence doesn't matter, emotions do. I could mention a certain public figure this happened to, but it would get me kicked off of Fur Affinity.

If the defense had that tight a case, they should have pressured the prosecution into settling out of court. Especially where this involves juveniles.

If they had that tight of a case, they could have just pushed for outright dismissal. The onus is upon the prosecution, after all. No need for a settlement if it's proven 5 ways from Sunday he didn't do it.
