...continuing with J-Inkies .... from July '78.
This was done on a scrap of illustation board that must have been around thirty years old back then as it was quite yellowed with age. (The "antiquing" on "Dharma" and "Dream..." were done digitally cuz it looked cool, but this and "Sorrow" are au naturel. i had been playing around with compositions that had a circle and a half circle offset ... later it occurred to me that sort of looked the view from inside a head looking out through the eye-sockets ...Influences are the usual, in particular Beardsley and Smith.

not familiar enough with the series to see that. i played a bit of the first game a few years ago but didn't have time or something - watched the first or second episode of the netflix anime a year ago...i am interested in the games and series as people tell me good things about it, i've just been low on free time .
