part of being able to cope with college and all that entails is being able to make a sacred/safe/aesthetically pleasing space for you to retreat into. That is the only reason why I managed it anyway! I had a small round three legged asian style table that I had made and stained and painted with a triskelle on it. When I left I gave it to my best friend and roommate (she is married and now has in in her apartment) I hope this winter to make a bamboo kotatsu for our living room as our old one I made three years ago was made out of not so good found wood that is starting to fall apart because of the heat from the little heater.
