A bit of a rare sight from my characters I suppose, especially Ibby, being all on the offensive and about to make someone's day a fair bit more miserable. In this case, in case you didn't know from his dorky exterior, Ibby has not only the capability to breathe fire (he just rarely does), he also has, if needed, the ability to electrically infuse said fire, turning it into a pretty scary, and dangerous, type of electric fire.
It's not something he often does, partially because he's very timid and friendly, and partially because it's taxing on him, so if overdone, it'll risk leaving him very vulnerable and exposed.

THAT all being said, gosh darn lore, get off my lawn, it IS a super cool visual effect, so I wanted to play around with it a bit more, since it's largely untouched by me apart from a brief mention on his ref. Might look into getting more art of his offensive side, could be fun!
