for me at least, reformation is as simple as pulling a part of your stomach into your chest, and then slowly breathing out a flame that represents their soul, then I shape the body from memory, fairly simple but difficult for anyone who isn't trained to do it

(fun fact about my backstory: whenever the baby zorgoias in my old village ate and digested someone by accident, the parent had to do breathing exercises with them to get the magic to work, which usually led to chest and neck pain, as well as alot of coughing X3)
