The electricity always seems to flicker whenever this creature ventures too close to mortal homes. It's not necessarily a monster rumored around the small town. But they do say if you look it in the eyes, all you'll hear is static. No one knows what comes next. The other deer don't seem to mind it being near, but they do keep the fawns away from it.
