That's silly that people pitch a fuss about that. They're ANTHRO--which literally means "human/animal hybrid". If you want that hybridization to include mammaries, it's totally within your right to do so. There's no rulebook on how much/how little the animal to human ratio is supposed to be. Some prefer them to be fully human-looking except for the head, hands, feet, and tail ... some prefer a more harmonized combination of the most appealing aspects of both species. While some prefer a fully animal look that emotes/poses/behaves in a humanistic fashion. It's entirely up to the artist's interpretation of what "anthro" really means to them.

But hey, people have been forcing their beliefs on others for tens of thousands of years--ain't gonna change anytime soon. =P

Well this is just to see what they look like without them, not sure if I'm fully gonna stick with this though. But I agree, if they wanted them so realistic then they wouldn't be anthro anyways and the purpose is then kinda killed. I do understand those that want to stay away from the typical stereotype when it comes to certain human parts but not to go an bug people to death, calling them uncreative, about those who do like the old fashion anthro style.

Only in a openly-gay community would you ever find people COMPLAINING about boobs. Sheesh. XD And that's not an anti-gay remark! I have tons of very gay friends and I love each and every one of my queens. It's just that there's no denying that the furry community (especially the porn) is largely taken up by male homosexuals. XD I have YET to see an anthro coelophysis (though she hardly looks it at times..) But cool a succhomimus, I haven't heard that name in a long time, not to many people draw let alone anthrotize it.

I was a huge fan of all the various members of the raptor family and Baryonx and when I discovered the Succhomimus, I was all like "OMG it's a giant Baryonx!" and from then on, I was in luuuuuuuv. I love both equally, though, but Succhy's my fav of the two. ^.^

OMG, where do people get off slamming you for putting bewbs on dinos? When I first got into this fandom AGES ago, I admit I did not like the look of bewbs on reptiles and dragons, but I sure as hell didn't SCOLD artists for deciding to draw them that way! I kept my opinion to myself, and just let it slide. Nowadays, I don't have such bias, especially when it comes to anthros (kinda prefer them on anthros nowadays ). And if the art and/or story is good, it makes no difference, really.

It just boggles me that people feel they have the right to tell artists "you're doing it wrong" just based on their preferences. Yeah, sure, sometimes there's actually something technically wrong, like proportions or joint positions or perspective or something, especially if there are features inconsistent with an established character ... but bewbs/bewbless is a preference, not a technicality.

They're anthros, that means including human like features. IN the case of females, that includes tits. People who are anal retentive about having htem look as much like animals as possible should go be zoologists if that's what floats their boat.

Also, anal retentive peoples would also say real reptiles don't have hair. c.c

I've felt that way sometimes, that my character designs look too human. The best thing to do is explore other possibilities, and decide if you like what you see. Now my opinion on these ladies without their bosoms? The one on the left looks pretty good without them actually, but I haven't seen her with them, she may look better with them. The one on the right, her figure almost demands it, being a heavier set character without breasts she seems like she's missing something up top.

Of course me being a titman, my opinion is influenced by my tastes. Just go with what you think is more appropriate for that character.

I've seen the little conversations some people pull with that whole lot though, quite frankly, i'm more on the 'i'll be over here' side, meaning I don't really care what you do, just don't bring it over to me and try and ruin my fantasy land. My dinosaurs are not very anthro at all, except in probably the hands and arms and the fact they can talk, but other than that I usually keep them looking like big giant regular dinosaurs. IF I drew them anthro (which i've tried but it's like...really tough for me to do for some reason), more often than not, the women-folk get boobs.

I think it's kind of a silly thing for some people to get riled over, especially since (oh no, i'm going to say it) we are human, no matter what.

But anywho, enough on that nonsense. I LOVE IT. XD All ways loved your friggin' dinosaur designs! Ajhfrasjhfas

What other people said...Keep the breasts. If people are complaining, tell them to revisit the fact that dinosaurs no longer exist. If that doesn't work, tell them to consider the fact that--IT'S A FUCKING CARTOON.
